Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes to build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with contractual agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and deliver innovative solutions. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on procurement activities, cost savings, and market trends. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, as well as relevant legal and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department. Support budget planning and forecasting for capital projects. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and based in Newnan, Georgia.The Successful ApplicantA successful Procurement Manager-Capex should have: A strong background in capex procurement and supply chain within the FMCG or Industrial manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in capital expenditure sourcing and supplier management. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.
