Position OverviewAs a Procurement Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our core accounting operations, reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day financial tasks and key month-end close activities within our fast-paced Accounting Center.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our strategic partners, to help ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Procurement Organization, with a primary focus on month-end close activitiesPrepare and post monthly journal entries and perform related account reconciliationsAnalyze material price variances from manufacturing locations and identify key driversMonitor standard material cost data using Microsoft Excel and AccessPrepare monthly reports related to supplier payments and procurement performanceDocument and/or review accounting procedures to ensure consistency and complianceSupport ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from internal stakeholdersContribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting CenterPerform other accounting duties as assigned Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in AccountingAt least 1 year of accounting experienceORBachelor's degree and CPAAt least 1 year of accounting experienceORMaster's degree in AccountingORMaster's degree and CPA Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
