Project Overview:
- Procurement Buyer to support commercial procurement for business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Track supply chain requirements, conduct sourcing and competitive bidding processes and negotiate agreements
- Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze procurement options and to assist in making equipment supply recommendations that best position their pipeline of renewable energy projects.
- Utilize systems and tools required by Procurement activities, including but not limited to systems related to purchasing and contract management, third-party vendor management and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.
- Working knowledge of materials and inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, quality control, maintenance and operations.
- Experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba.
- Ability to use independent judgement on procurement processes and strategy.
Pay Rate: $35.00-$38.00/Hour.
