Procurement Assistant Director Job Responsibilities:Manage the competitive bid processes for purchases as assigned, including sourcing goods and services, evaluating bids, and negotiating contractsIdentify opportunities for cost savings through competitive bidding, bulk purchasing, and vendor consolidationPerform bid analysis, reporting, and benchmarking for internal partners, as neededBuild relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement, drive best practices, ensure procurement compliance, and manage issuesAssist in the management of the supplier master database, to include monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and close processes, as well as scheduled review and clean-up tasksCoordinate with internal partners in Accounting, Finance, and other Administrative Services to ensure procurement process compliance, triage incoming requests, and troubleshoot any PO and payment issuesOther duties as assigned **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
