Job Overview:

The Tactical Procurement Team within Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support and enhance procurement operations. This role involves performing tactical tasks to supplement the IPSS Strategic Sourcing Groups. Responsibilities include benchmarking activities, purchase requisition and order issuance, supplier diversity initiatives, processing NDA requests, and maintaining purchase orders. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement experience, analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume, low-risk requests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) process for high-volume, low-risk requests.
• Review and process purchase requisitions.
• Oversee purchase order (PO) management and revisions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to requisitions, POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
• Support the development and execution of contractual documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal contract administration group to manage incoming contract requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven procurement experience. SAP Ariba
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of contract processes.
• Experience in the automotive industry.

Pay Range: $25 - $29
