Job Description/Responsibilities:

Join a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for preparing and processing products that support daily production and bottling operations. In this role, you'll work with blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and inventory management processes while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical manufacturing skills in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.

 

What You'll Do

  • Blend, batch, filter, transfer, and proof products according to approved formulas, specifications, and production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform tank readings, and receive bulk materials to support manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct product adjustments and processing corrections as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred

  • Experience with processing, batching, or blending operations.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is $26.43.
