Job Title : Processing Specialist
Location : Austin, TX must be 100% onsite.
Duration : 6 months
Rate Range: $20 - $25/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Information Processing Specialist with a strong background in the insurance domain, particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance. The candidate will play a crucial role in processing Certificates of Insurance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of P&C Insurance/Insurance broking
- Hands-on experience in processing Certificate of Insurance/Proof of Insurance
- Attention to details, strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Graduate degree
- 2 years of experience
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
- Regulatory knowledge around issuance of Certificates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process and issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze and interpret insurance documents to ensure accuracy
