Job Title: Processing Operator
Location: 1250 West Maricopa Highway Casa Grande AZ 85193
Duration: 12+ Months of Contract + possible extension
Shifts: 5:30 am to 6 pm

Job responsibilities include:
Manufacture liquid pediatric and medical nutritional products following GMP and safety standards.
Operate and monitor computer-controlled blending, weighing, CIP, and heat treatment systems.
Weigh, stage, and handle raw ingredients and materials according to batch instructions.
Perform production line operations including standardization, final water, flavors, and oils processing.
Complete accurate documentation of manufacturing steps, batch records, and work orders.
Maintain GMP compliance through routine cleaning, equipment checks, and preventive maintenance.
Receive, transport, and manage bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals safely.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues to maintain production efficiency.
Follow detailed procedures and maintain product quality standards.
Support team operations and perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
Use computer systems for production tracking, documentation, and process control.
Apply problem-solving skills while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
