Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and process applications, renewals, and amendments in accordance with program policies and guidelines.
- Determine client eligibility by reviewing financial and supporting documentation.
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries from parents, guardians, childcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on program requirements and assist clients in navigating online services and processes.
- Investigate and resolve application, payment, eligibility, and system-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and information management requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to support effective program delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, testing, training, and operational projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with client programs, eligibility assessment, or social benefits administration.
- Experience supporting clients through complex or sensitive situations.
- Experience using multiple systems and databases simultaneously while delivering customer service.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Retail sales experience.
- Experience researching existing documentation to determine a resolution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced role, to problem solve/troubleshoot, while working independently and in team environments.
- Hands-on experience working in a complex environment requiring prioritization of tasks and deliverables.
