What Youll Do
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient processes
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues quickly to minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibrations
Track and record process data; identify trends and suggest improvements
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Follow and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
What Were Looking For
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures
Basic computer skills
Preferred:
Associate degree or technical certification
Experience with PLCs, automation, or process control systems
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, or chemical)
Work Environment & Schedule
Manufacturing/production setting
May include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
PPE required
Shift work, including nights/weekends, may be required
