Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mold Setter with injection molding experience to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who can work independently while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and change molds on injection molding machines

Adjust machine settings to meet quality standards and optimize cycle times

Start and monitor robotic equipment; make minor program adjustments as needed

Inspect parts and monitor production to ensure consistent quality

Identify and report defects or production issues in a timely manner

Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance

Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience required (injection molding preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints

Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
