We are making a positive impact and we want you to be a part of it!Process TechnicianSummary: The Process Technician will support production operations by performing process monitoring, inspection, and rework of no-good (NG) modules and battery packs. The role is responsible for identifying and supporting resolution of process-related defects, maintaining traceability and defect records, and working closely with engineering teams to support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities. This position ensures product quality, supports production flow, and maintains compliance with safety and standard work procedures.Responsibilities:Perform re-inspection, rework, and reintegration of NG modules and battery packs into the production line in accordance with standard proceduresConduct first-line troubleshooting and initial evaluation of process defects, abnormalities, and production issuesMaintain and manage defect records, traceability logs, and master defect lists to ensure accurate tracking of product historySupport Process and Quality Engineers in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activitiesCommunicate directly with production, quality, and engineering teams to coordinate containment and resolution of process issuesDocument inspection results, rework activities, and defect findings in accordance with company standardsProvide technical support and training to technicians on standard operating procedures (SOPs) as requiredEnsure compliance with all safety policies and regulationsMaintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right ContainerPerform other duties as assignedEducation/Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredVocational Certificate or Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experienceKnowledge/Skills:Experience in manufacturing or production environment requiredBasic understanding of defect identification, inspection, or quality control processes preferredAbility to perform hands-on inspection and rework of production materials or componentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain accurate records and traceability documentationStrong communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional collaborationAbility to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with attention to detailBasic Microsoft Office skills requiredPositive attitude, strong self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentAdditional Requirements:Comply with company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirementsAble to work in both office and manufacturing environmentsHands-on support of production materials as requiredPrompt and regular attendance within onsite operationsFlexibility to work adjusted shifts or overtime as necessaryAbility to work in a high-volume production environmentAre you ready to join us in our journey toward a better world?
