Process Technician II

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Wellington, OH to hire a Process Technician (Injection Molding).  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $26-37/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on optimizing production, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a modern manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and optimize molding processes 
• Support tooling, molds, and auxiliary equipment 
• Improve production efficiency and product quality 
• Work alongside Engineering and Operations 
• Mentor fellow Technicians 

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing/process technician experience 
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting 
• Ability to read blueprints 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Injection molding experience preferred
