Process Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring for a  Process Technician in the Piedmont area. This is a direct hire position that offers a great work life balance. 

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the initial start-up and processing of all molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment

2. Participate in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred, and modified molds
3. Ability to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary
4. Notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs to equipment as necessary
5. Complete and maintain all required paperwork
6. Knowledge of IQMS system

• 3 or more years experience as a Molding Technician
• Able to stand, left, and bend for 8-12 hours per day
• Experience in operation of all machines, performs simple production troubleshooting activities, and ensures adequate material supply at all times

$24.00-$30.00/hour
