Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, production lines, and/or industrial maintenance.
Preferred experience with:
Servo presses, pneumatic presses, and hydraulic presses.
Juki selective soldering systems.
Cognex and Keyence vision systems.
Availability to work overtime and/or rotating shifts.
Experience implementing and supporting Quick Changeover (QCO) activities (preferred).
Ability to perform equipment setup, adjustments, and product changeovers.
Knowledge of electrical control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
Preferred knowledge of PLC and Allen-Bradley PanelView programming (Series 5000).
Preferred knowledge of LabVIEW.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Industrial electronics knowledge (preferred).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including:
5S
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Kaizen
Seven Wastes
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
DMAIC
Technical English proficiency for reading manuals, specifications, and procedures.
