Managed Services Technician 3

Position Summary

Lionbridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 3 to join our experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 3 will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a solid technical background, good problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or vendor support.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
  • Implement solutions to prevent future technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.


To Be Successful You Will Have

  • A high school diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalency.
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, with 1+ years in a managed services environment.
  • Strong technical skills in [relevant technologies].
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange etc.).
