Process Technician Blow Mold

Job Title: Process Technician – Blow Mold

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st and 3rd Shift
Job Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Process Technician to support blow molding production. This role focuses on keeping machines running efficiently, maintaining product quality, and making basic process adjustments in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and machine operation
• Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting
• Make simple process adjustments (cycle time, material, part weight)
• Monitor production performance and record data
• Handle materials, including loading, mixing, and equipment upkeep
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow all work instructions and quality standards
• Communicate issues with production, quality, and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience (plastics or blow molding a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills
