Where You'll Make a Difference
Lead and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring proper documentation and risk evaluation
Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and track action items through completion
Ensure PSM program compliance and maintain audit readiness at all times
Support and lead internal and external safety audits, resolving findings promptly
Develop, maintain, and improve PSM documentation, procedures, and training materials
Conduct employee training sessions on process safety practices and program updates
Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Oversee Mechanical Integrity programs to ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new and modified equipment
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Process Safety Management within a chemical manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) regulations
Proven ability to lead risk assessments and hazard analysis initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and process flow diagrams
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience leading regulatory audits and driving compliance improvements
Familiarity with process safety or EHS management systems/software
Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives in PSM programs
