Process Repair Operator

This role involves removing excess material, burrs, nicks, and dings from machined or forged parts to meet specified tolerances using hand power and pneumatic tools.

Essential duties include reading work orders, specifications, and blueprints; operating grinders and other tools; transporting parts with material handling equipment; inspecting work with precision instruments; performing preventive maintenance; ensuring quality standards and compliance with ISO 9002/AS9100; and supporting a positive work environment.

• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use grinders and hand tools to deburr parts within tolerances.
• Transport parts within the department using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify quantities and inspect work for quality.
• Set up and maintain machinery, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Support company policies, including ISO compliance and 5S standards.

Qualifications include the ability to read technical documents, operate machinery, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
