Your mission
Drive quality excellence on the production floor by cutting scrap, improving material utilization, and increasing throughput. You will troubleshoot product and process issues and partner with operations to keep process controls aligned with standard requirements.
How you will make an impact
- Perform accurate inspections on machines and finished products, on time
- Complete hourly quality reports with clear, reliable data
- Verify critical dimensions and monitor material usage to support cost reduction
- Identify, segregate, and eliminate non-conforming product
- Meet production goals without compromising quality
- Handle other related duties as assigned
- Work safely and comply with OSHA regulations
Where you will work
- Non-temperature-controlled areas with frequent exposure to very hot or cold conditions
- Primarily indoor industrial setting; occasional outdoor tasks
- Consistent exposure to loud noise
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write in English
- Industrial or manufacturing experience is required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
