    Description

    MAU is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will apply standard engineering techniques to support manufacturing quality, improve processes, maintain process documentation, and ensure quality, productivity, and timeliness goals are achieved. Long-term contract assignment (18 months).

    Shift Information

    • Third Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM

    Required Education and Experience

    • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Aerospace, or a related technical discipline
    • Experience in manufacturing
    • Experience with assembly and/or machining
    • Experience with process improvement

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree in a related technical discipline

    General Requirements

    • Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures, and data
    • Strong ability to write process planning steps and develop work instruction methods
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proven problem-solving ability

    Essential Functions

    • Document technical data to substantiate assigned components, assemblies, and systems in accordance with quality policies and procedures.
    • Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Drive customer satisfaction and business productivity through process improvements.
    • Provide advanced quality engineering support for manufacturing processes and automated equipment.
    • Apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks.
    • Ensure quality, quantity, and timeliness goals are achieved to support department objectives.
    • Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools.
    • Maintain process documentation within the assigned area.
    • Improve process documentation to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
