Your Impact
As a Project Technical Leader, you’ll inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence across every deliverable. You’ll mentor emerging talent, collaborate with project managers, and transform big-picture objectives into designs that make a tangible difference for municipalities and the people they serve.
How You Will Contribute
•Lead with Vision: Set technical direction for complex municipal projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
•Design with Purpose: Develop evaluations and designs for water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, including:
o Pump and hydraulic calculations
o Process piping layouts
o Tank and equipment sizing and selection
•Innovate: Conceptualize improvements and alternative designs that elevate performance and resilience.
•Collaborate: Work closely with BIM specialists to refine layouts and produce detailed drawings.
•Deliver Excellence: Prepare technical specifications and front-end contract documents for publicly bid projects.
•Analyze & Optimize: Conduct water quality analyses and system modeling.
•Ensure Compliance: Review designs and reports to meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
•Mentor & Grow: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
•Advance Knowledge: Author technical papers, contribute to industry publications, and present at conferences.
•Engage Clients: Support proposals, attend client meetings, and help shape solutions that meet evolving needs.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
-Professional engineering (PE) license.
-10 years of related experience.
-Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
