Key Responsibilities:- Design and improve end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Develop and prioritize technical operations roadmaps
- Implement automation and technology-driven solutions
- Analyze data to guide strategy, efficiency, and performance improvements
- Identify risks, investigate escalations, and deliver root-cause insights
- Partner cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and operations teams
- Support product expansion and scalable process design
Required Qualifications:- Advanced expertise in Family Care Converting equipment
- Strong knowledge of process management systems, including Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication (CIL) and changeover standards
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to deliver technical and hands-on training
- Experience supporting changeover training and site operations
