Overview Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our nine facilities in the US. We are highly interested in candidates with production plant experience! The Continuous Improvement Specialist / Process Management Specialist is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing business processes, data flows, and document governance across multiple operational systems. This role supports operational excellence by enhancing process efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling transparent reporting for both internal teams and external partners. The Specialist collaborates closely with the Senior Business Analyst, Operations, cross-functional departments, and leadership to implement scalable improvements and support business operations. Responsibilities Process Design & ImprovementApply core principles of process design, including process mapping, modeling, measurement, improvement, and managementDevelop enhanced procedures using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologiesLead process rollout efforts, including creating training materials and training staff on updated procedures.Align business processes with technology solutions to drive system optimizationDocument ManagementManage document lifecycle processes across Suncoast platforms such as Oracle, Bolton, SharePoint, and other Document Management Systems (DMS)Identify documents requiring template creation, updates, or publishingCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation complies with branding, regulatory, and operational standardsData & Reporting ManagementManage, integrate, and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistencyDevelop and maintain performance tracking systems and dashboardsPartner with leadership and business units to identify reliable KPI data sources and integrate system data for visual analyticsEnsure alignment and consistency between historical and current reporting practicesCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a bridge between operational teams, leadership, vendors, and technical stakeholdersTroubleshoot system and process issues, identifying scalable solutionsCommunicate findings, recommendations, and process changes clearly to diverse audiences Qualifications EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in operations or business improvementIndustrial Engineering experience is a plusProduction Plant experience highly preferredRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of process design principles and methodologies (process mapping, modeling, measurement, optimization).Proven data analysis skills with the ability to make informed decisions and track performance trends.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Technical proficiency with systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and any DMS platforms.Preferred CertificationsLean Six Sigma Green BeltBPM Specialist Certification Additional Information Salary Range: $80,000 - $94,000Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PaySuncoast is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
