This position oversees multi-disciplinary projects, manages a professional team, and reports to the Process Maintenance Superintendent at the Las Vegas Service Center.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety, proper tool handling, policy compliance, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, mentoring, training, and understanding product features for customer communication.
Must work flexible shifts, lift 75-100 lbs., perform safety permits, and manage site documentation. Skills include job walkthroughs, accurate quoting, knowledge of DOT regulations, and participation in training.
Minimum requirements: 3+ years of supervision, valid driver’s license, computer skills, relationship-building, communication, problem-solving.
