SUMMARY
The Process Innovation Managerneedstobeexperienced and strategictoleadcross-functionalprocessimprovement initiatives thatdrive operational excellence, scalability, andefficiencyacrossour EPC and projectdeliveryoperations. This role will encompassprocessstandardization, performancemonitoring, and continuousimprovement, whileensuringalignmentwithQcells‘ businessobjectives and compliancestandards. This positionreportstotheDirectorof Process Innovation, oranothermanagementpersonnelthattheCEOofthe Company maydesignate. This positionislocated in Houston, TX and workinghoursare Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pmor 9:00am to 6:00pmlocal time. This positionisexpectedtotravelupto30%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in EPC project controls, project management, process improvement, or operations leadership.
· Proven track record in leading process transformation initiatives for large-scale infrastructure or utility-scale Solar and BESS EPC projects
· Deep understanding of project controls disciplines: scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting
· Strong knowledge project management systems
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence at all levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous ISO 9001implementation experience preferred
