Job Description:
Gymreapers is a high-growth ecommerce brand scaling aggressively, selling premium fitness and lifting gear across Shopify DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and major retail partners. We have internalized fulfillment and are investing in the operational infrastructure needed to scale efficiently.
We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to own continuous improvement across our operations organization. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, building SOPs, driving cross-functional improvement projects, and establishing the reporting infrastructure that keeps our operations team focused on the right metrics. You will sit within the operations org and work across warehouse, logistics, and retail ops to reduce waste, increase throughput, and improve the systems our team runs on every day.
The right candidate is a hands-on operator who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in a spreadsheet. You don't just identify problems - you own the solution from diagnosis through implementation.
