About the Position
This is a hands-on, people-first engineering role within Baron Insulation's close knit Keysborough site. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will work as an individual while partnering closely with the Maintenance Fitter, Operations and the wider Engineering team to identify, design and implement practical improvements across manufacturing and maintenance processes.
You will be on the floor, listening, learning and building trust always finding ways to understand how work really gets done and turning that insight into safer, smarter and more efficient ways of working.
