Full Time Process Engineer position available at the following area SigmaTron International Inc 30000 Eigenbrodt way Union City, CA 94587 1. Duties and Responsibilities: - The Process Engineer performs engineering services in the contract manufacturing facility to produce printed circuit boards, components and final assemblies. The Process Engineer applies engineering techniques to PCB products and processes through design and manufacturing to produce final products in accordance with customer specifications - Review cycle time reduction and process flow. - Ability to effectively interface with cross-functional groups at all levels - Familiar application (V-plan, Flexa for SMT programming) - Equipment (Fuji AIMEX machines, Air Compressor, Refrigeration Compressor to support Chillers) - Wave Solder (Selective, Wave solder) equipment (Solder Bar usage (SN100, SAC305)) - Knowledge of Wash machines and wash chemical process (Kyzen) - Ability to work independently and implement multiple projects in a timely manner - Recommend changes to existing forms & procedures on a regular basis - Assist with train employees on manufacturing process to different products - Initiate & process customer’s ECN or internal ECN & coordinate with team members to implement changes 2. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering Experience: - Minimum 2-year experience in Electronic Contract Manufacturing field Specific Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using the following PC application software - Microsoft Office Other Skills: Other Training: Detail and quality oriented Strong leadership and training skills |
