Job Description

Process Engineer (Somerset, NJ). Responsible for assisting with the implementation of new machines and technologies in the manufacturing of Bone Anchored Hearing Devices ("BAHS"). Responsible for contributing to the design and modification of existing production processes in line with development of new BAHS products. Support new product research and development by conducting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential operational failures related to the company's manufacturing processes and possible vulnerabilities in productivity, quality, and safety. Help create training curricula and assist with providing instruction on various industrial and operational processes. Help conduct product/process commissioning and provide engineering support for existing processes. Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams in the creation of technically feasible prototypes and test samples to meet consumer and operational objectives. Design, develop, and test techniques to accurately assess product and process performance specifications at the direction of manufacturing managers. Perform other, similar related tasks as necessary.
