Process Engineer: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations for flexible packaging products. This role is responsible for improving production efficiency, reducing waste, troubleshooting process issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across printing, laminating, coating, extrusion, slitting, and pouch-making operations.

| What will you do? |
·Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for flexible packaging production. ·Monitor and improve process performance related to quality, throughput, scrap reduction, and machine efficiency. ·Troubleshoot production issues involving printing, lamination, extrusion, coating, slitting, or converting equipment. ·Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions. ·Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies. ·Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to improve product consistency and operational performance. ·Support new product launches, material trials, and equipment qualifications. ·Establish and maintain process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions. ·Evaluate raw materials, adhesives, films, inks, and substrates for compatibility and performance. ·Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and customer requirements. ·Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives. ·Train operators and production staff on process improvements and best practices. ·Participate in customer and supplier technical discussions as needed. |

The compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus
