What Youll Be Doing
Lead manufacturing process improvement projects from concept to completion ensuring they meet quality cost and timeline goals.
Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing cells collaborating with equipment suppliers to select and integrate the besttooling and machinery.
Apply your expertise inLean Manufacturingprinciples to analyze and streamline production workflows eliminating waste and boosting productivity.
Utilize innovative technologies likeAugmented and Virtual Realityto visualize and validate new machine designs and cell layouts before implementation.
Act as a key technical problem-solver on the production floor working directly with our teams to resolve process challenges and ensure smooth operations.
What Were Looking For
A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
2 years of hands-on experience in aprocess or manufacturing engineeringrole preferably supporting machining operations finishing operations and semi-automated assembly
Proven experience withLean Manufacturingtools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping 8D FMEA or SMED.
Proficiency withCADCAM softwaresuch as NX AutoCAD or Inventor and familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with everyone from production teams to senior management.
