Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic components.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to improve process efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering within the electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
