Job Details

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing or continuous production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automated production equipment, and machine reliability.
Experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex manufacturing problems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage engineering projects and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, engineering, contractors, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally support operations outside of standard business hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience using AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience.
Experience leading equipment upgrades or capital improvement projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with a self-directed, results-oriented work style.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
