Job Description
This Process Engineer position focuses on applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. You will work closely with a cross‑functional team that includes hourly production team members, supervisors, engineers, and the quality department to ensure robust processes, strong quality systems, and effective documentation across assigned areas.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very fast-paced, high-volume production environment within an engine manufacturing plant. You will spend a significant portion of your time at a desk analyzing data, reviewing control plans, and updating process documentation, while also regularly engaging on the production floor to observe processes, gather data, and communicate with production team members. The environment involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and frequent interaction with both hourly and salaried staff. The facility operates with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and responsiveness to changing production demands, particularly as demand for traditional engine products increases.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.52 - $33.52/hr.
