The Process Controls Engineer oversees control systems in an LNG facility, collaborating with technicians and engineers on system architecture, programming, and modifications for PLCs and HMIs.
Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting Rockwell ControlLogix PLCs, WonderWare HMI applications, SCADA networks, and safety systems; implementing control changes; documenting systems; and supporting operator training simulators.
Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering or equivalent, 7+ years of industrial automation troubleshooting experience, knowledge of control diagrams and safety practices, and proficiency with MS Office, WonderWare, and Windows.
Preferred experience includes LNG or petrochemical facilities, SCADA/HMI maintenance, Ethernet networks, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Physical demands involve working outdoors, climbing, and working in adverse weather, with travel and shift work possible.
This role may include additional duties during project, commissioning, or operational phases.
