Description Design, implement, and optimize control systems to improve manufacturing performance.Lead engineering projects including automation upgrades, system integrations, and equipment enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across production equipment.Develop and maintain PLC/HMI programs and support system upgrades.Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to validate new equipment and processes.Create and maintain technical documentation such as validation protocols, engineering studies, and system specifications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.Implement data monitoring and process control solutions to improve reliability and prevent errors. Profile Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.1-5+ years of experience in process or controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.Strong experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley) and HMI systems.Knowledge of sensors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems.Experience with automation technologies, data systems, and network communications.Proficiency with CAD and standard enterprise software tools.Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
