A global manufacturing client is seeking a Product Developer to lead research, development, and scale-up of advanced composites and materials from concept to production at their Eastern North Carolina plant.
Responsibilities include managing the full development lifecycle, driving research to enhance product performance, troubleshooting production issues, overseeing project timelines and budgets, monitoring industry trends, supporting IP development, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Requirements include a Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering or Materials Science, at least five years of R&D experience in polymers, textiles, or composites, and the ability to work in the USA without sponsorship. Skills needed are strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and experimental design abilities.
