Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/ Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.

  • Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and escalate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.

  • Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.

  • Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.

  • Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,600.00 - $67,000.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
