Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri 7am-4pm 

Pay: $25 an hour

Job Description:
The Process Analyst will support the Service Engineering team by managing operational data, tracking assets, and maintaining system accuracy to enable effective field investigations and problem resolution. This onsite role in Woodridge, IL focuses on process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and providing operational support across dashboards, case systems, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update operational dashboards
• Manage asset tracking and inventory processes
• Identify and deactivate expired programs, campaigns, or records
• Monitor and support case management systems
• Perform data cleanup and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and operational initiatives
• Provide support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments
