HireTeq Solutions is hiring for a Procedure Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab/Endoscopy Services for one of our Fortune healthcare clients. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Services department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Manager will lead clinical teams, optimize departmental performance, and support strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Services department, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate staff while supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage staffing schedules, patient flow, case scheduling, equipment, supplies, and departmental resources to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards, maintaining continuous survey readiness and a safe work environment.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, maintain inventory, and utilize resources effectively to support operational and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality performance.
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives, maintain accurate procedural documentation, address operational challenges, and support strategic departmental goals.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by effectively communicating with staff, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring patient-focused, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Special Skills Minimum Requirements Experience: 3 years of experience in cardiovascular services.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and/or an accredited school of radiology, and/or an accredited school of cardiovascular technology.
  • Certifications: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice, or policy AART, ACVT, or RCIS; BLS.
    Preferred Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
