Job Title: Proshop Sales Supervisor

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 base + 10% bonus

We’re hiring a Proshop Sales Supervisor to lead sales efforts and support day-to-day operations within our warehouse/proshop environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys customer interaction, and is eager to take ownership of merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Sales & Customer Engagement
Assist customers in selecting sundries and related products
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and product education
Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays
Inventory Management & Stocking
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
Receive, log, and organize incoming shipments
Ensure accurate product pricing and labeling
Serve as backup for loading/unloading deliveries (including forklift use)
Order Fulfillment & Store Maintenance
Pick and pack online/in-store orders with accuracy
Manage special orders and ensure timely delivery
Keep proshop area clean, safe, and well-organized
Replenish shelves and displays as needed
Promotions & Marketing Support
Support in-store promotions and product demos
Assist in executing sales strategies to drive traffic and revenue
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail, sales, or warehouse environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sundries or personal care items
Familiarity with merchandising or inventory tracking
Forklift experience (a plus)
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Must be able to work in a busy, hands-on environment
