Job Overview

This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

Education and Experience

Must be in high school and interested in the health care revenue cycle, insurance, and/or healthcare.
