Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care to our residents.
• Chart nurses notes in an informative, descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours.
• Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc., to adequately plan for the resident's needs.
• Work at least 1 8-hour shift per month, 1 weekend shift per quarter and 1 holiday per year. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• LPN or RN License
