Position Summary:
Lighthouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN (As needed) Caregiver and med-tech to provide high-quality care and support to our residents during evening and overnight hours. This role is essential in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting a calm and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care needs including toileting, bathing, dressing, and repositioning as needed
Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to call lights and requests
Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and sanitation tasks in resident areas
Assist with overnight routines and morning prep when needed
Document care provided per community policies
Qualifications:
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home health preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently overnight
Strong communication skills
Must pass background screening and meet state requirements
