PRN COMPOUNDING PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Healix Infusion Therapy is seeking a PRN Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our Office Infusion Centers located in Fayetteville, AR!

Our Certified Pharmacy Technicians perform sterile compounding in USP 797 compliant pharmacy facilities. Activities are conducted under the supervision of Healix Clinical Pharmacy Managers and include compounding of antimicrobials, parenteral nutrition, immunoglobulins, and other infusion therapies.

SCHEDULE: Standard day time clinic operating hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Looking for a candidate to pick up 2-3 shifts every other week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares sterile or non sterile intravenous admixture compounds under the direction of a registered pharmacist
• Data management
• Manage stock, supplies & work area

Healix manages physician-owned office infusion centers and pharmacies nationwide providing in-office treatment and take-home medications for optimal patient comfort and outcomes. Our on-site clinical pharmacy team consists of Clinical Pharmacy Managers and Certified Pharmacy Technicians who provide an array of pharmaceutical care services to patients within Healix-managed office infusion centers across the country. Our pharmacists and technicians are able to enjoy daytime hours within a physician office setting and have direct patient interaction in an interdisciplinary team environment. Qualifications:

• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy
• ACPE IV Certification
• Maintains one of the following as a condition of employment:
• PTCB Certification
• ExCPT certification
