Edenbrook Hampton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN) to join our team.
Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN)
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct the resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
- Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
