Job Description
The Private Wealth Strategist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by standardizing and owning all prospect analysis and proposal delivery for BOK Financial Private Wealth (BOKFPW). This role combines deep investment acumen with marketing and storytelling capabilities to deliver consistent, high‑quality, and compliant prospect materials across the platform, focusing on BOKFPW’s largest and most complex relationships.

How Youll Spend Your Time

  • You will partner with advisors and IMs to assess client needs, review statements, and create customized portfolio recommendations and pitch decks.
  • You will evaluate and implement scalable tools that enhance prospect analysis across public and private market investments.
  • You will incorporate proposed alternative investments into clear, holistic portfolio recommendations and presentations.
  • You will monitor industry trends and emerging solutions to help refine the firm’s strategy, client experience, and investment offerings.
  • You will collaborate with SIA on updates to the approved investment list.
  • You will conduct technical research for front-line teams and recommend portfolio positioning adjustments.
  • You will support client onboarding by helping IMs implement the recommended portfolio as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics with 4-6 years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management or a related field; CFA or progress toward CFA designation preferred.

  • Experience with complex investment products, portfolio construction, and investment analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into client-friendly language and effectively train a junior team member.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and effectively delegate a high volume of proposal requests and complete assignments with minimal direction.
  • Strong visual and storytelling abilities, with extensive experience crafting compelling prospect‑ and client‑facing materials.
  • Experience with investment portfolio research tools (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg) and familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
