Private Tennis Coach

About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is now hiring in Charlotte, NC! We are a nationwide mobile academy looking for an experienced, passionate Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group lessons at local courts and client-preferred locations throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas, including Concord, Gastonia, Mooresville, and Huntersville.

If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
