Private Markets Specialists support investment and platform teams by analyzing private investment opportunities, monitoring portfolios, and contributing to long-term investment decision-making across illiquid asset classes. The role emphasizes fundamental analysis, market research, and portfolio support, rather than public-market trading or real-time execution.

Support evaluation of private market investment opportunities across multiple asset classes
Conduct sector, market, and thematic research relevant to private investments
Assist with opportunity screening, pipeline tracking, and investment documentation
Support transaction processes and coordination with internal teams and external advisors
Monitor portfolio performance and track key operational and financial metrics
Assist with valuation support, portfolio reviews, and performance reporting
Contribute to fund-level analysis, capital deployment tracking, and investment pacing
Support investor reporting and data requests related to private market investments
Build and maintain internal databases, dashboards, and analytical tools
Prepare materials for internal reviews, committees, and senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in private markets and alternative investments
Foundational understanding of private equity, venture capital, private credit, or real assets
Experience or coursework in investment research, valuation, or portfolio analysis (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
